2018 Highlights

Montage Wellness Center (Marina and Salinas) introduced new programs for its members and the community
❙ Better U lecture series covers topics specific to exercise, fitness, and keeping people “well.” Lectures are at both facilities and have had more than 500 attendees
❙ Fitter U strength training program, a 6-week individualized program, is offered at both facilities
❙ BurnZone programming was introduced in Salinas. This group fitness program includes a cardio-strength training workout with heart rate monitors that track members in real time
